Welcome to the Van Oers family
In the floodplains of the rural Alem in the Bommelerwaard, the Van Oers family has been running a farm for decades. In 2022, the construction of five apartments was realised in part of our potstal: B&B Alemsche Waard. It is surrounded by a wide landscape on the edge of the Maas, between 's-Hertogenbosch and Zaltbommel. Brabant hospitality in the beautiful Gelderland region!
B&B Alemsche Waard has five equivalent apartments of over 60m2 and are fully equipped. The rooms are named after the life stages of a cow: Kalf, Pink, Vaars, Schot and Koe. The large living room adjoins the open kitchen and a private terrace. Here you will also find two relaxation armchairs with coffee table and smart TV. The glass sliding door at the rear of the living room provides access to the sweeping view of the floodplains.
In the bedrooms of apartments Kalf, Vaars, Schot and Koe, two comfortable single beds are ready for you – a wonderful place to unwind after an active day. Apartment Pink has had a lovely double bed since 2025, ideal for those who want to enjoy extra comfort together. There is a separate toilet and the spacious bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a rain shower. All kitchens are equipped with a dining table with four chairs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, combi microwave and a single-burner electric hob. Towels and bed linen are included.
Since 2026, our bedroom and living room have been fitted with modern air conditioning. This allows you to enjoy a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
